Sybet's Terms and Conditions — Read before use

1General terms & conditions

Sybet is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Sybet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, knowingly, and in full compliance with applicable law. Sybet does not encourage any violation of local laws. Users in countries where online betting is prohibited are advised not to use Sybet.

2Account Register

Each user is permitted one account on Sybet. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and funds may be forfeited. The following details must be provided accurately at registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth
• Current residential address

Sybet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Age verification

The minimum age to register and bet on Sybet is 18. Sybet takes a strict stance against underage gaming. Proof of age may be requested at any time if there is any suspicion.

4Deposit Policy

Deposits on Sybet can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from the same mobile number registered on the account. Deposits from third-party or other numbers are not accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000
• Daily deposit limit: BDT 1,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.

If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact the support team with a screenshot of the transaction.

5Withdrawal Policy

KYC identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 24–72 hours
• Daily withdrawal limit: BDT 50,000
• Weekly withdrawal limit: BDT 2,00,000

Sybet reserves the right to conduct additional verification on suspicious transactions, which may delay withdrawal processing. Any activity suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6Bonus & Promotion terms

Each bonus offer on Sybet has its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. General bonus terms are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds are generally cancelled if unused within 30 days
• Sybet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7Betting rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Sybet, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, odds can shift instantly — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are considered final.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued
• Sybet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum payout per single bet is subject to the limits set by Sybet.
• Accounts found with suspicious betting patterns will be subject to investigation

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sybet platform and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Betting using bots or automated software
• Creating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's identity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Intentionally exploiting system or odds errors
• Colluding with other users to place bets (collusion)
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security

9Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time. Once the support team is contacted, the account will be closed within 48 hours. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Sybet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of its rules. The account holder will be notified of the reason by email.

10Limitation of Liability

Sybet accepts limited liability for any financial loss incurred through use of the platform. Sybet is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party payment system failures.

Betting is a risky activity. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Sybet does not guarantee any specific outcome.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Sybet is committed to protecting your personal information. Data you provide is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance. We do not sell your information to third parties.

12Terms & Conditions changes
